About UnFUNDableAF

Members get the challenge's full action plan, step-by-step video training and templates such as an operator profile and a funding request.[1] Weekly live Zoom calls handle questions, and monthly strategy sessions look at what a member's funding case is missing.[1] New members start with a 7-day risk-free trial.[1]

Messer's lending company, Home Pride Capital, makes private loans to investors and builders who create affordable housing.[2] According to the company's founder page, Messer began investing in real estate in 1999 and works with private investors in the U.S. and overseas to fund renovation, construction and development projects across the country.[3] In June 2026 Messer discussed private money lending on the Real Estate Pros Show and on the Let's Talk Real Estate Investing Podcast.[3]
