About multifamily

Sharpline Equity is a private real estate investment company that buys and holds apartment buildings and single-family rentals, using a value-add strategy.[2][3] It manages its properties in-house through Sharpline Communities, and its managing partners are Chris Jackson and Krista Testani.[4] The firm says it was founded in 2016, and it is buying in the Kansas City metro and Springfield, Missouri, usually holding properties for three to seven years.[4]

TheMultifamilyAnalyzer.com sells Synthesis by Sharpline Equity, an Excel tool for underwriting multifamily deals that handles bridge loans to permanent refinancing, prefs and hurdles, and two classes of equity.[5] Buyers get training videos on each part of the analyzer, and a six-hour course option includes the tool.[5]
