About InvestorFee

Its lessons cover turning more seller conversations into closings, dealing with sellers more transparently, using a private listing network and taking part in nationwide joint ventures.[1] The group pitches the model as a way to close more seller leads without a bigger marketing budget.[1]

InvestorFee calls itself a partner and operating system of GSP Homes, whose site, run by Coach'd, LLC, offers a Buyer's Club, novations and Privy, a private listing network for off-market deals.[2][3][4] Its Partner Network has free access for spotting and submitting opportunities and paid implementation of the full system.[2] A separate 90-Day Sprint gives qualified investors structured sourcing support under written terms and does not guarantee a purchase.[2] InvestorFee supplies processes and training, while the principal broker and counsel approve local agreements, advertising and transaction terms.[2]
