Brewer Method Novations Course has grown 13% between 4 Sept 2026 and 30 Oct 2026, by its published member count.

A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Brewer Method Novations Course, and nothing below is a verdict.

Brewer Method Novations Course is a Skool community, created in February 2025, about novations in real estate, taught through an approach it calls The Brewer Method.[1] Its main material is the Novations Mastery Guide, which the listing presents as a step-by-step playbook for putting novations into practice.[1] Members get novation contracts and templates, along with video walkthroughs on structuring deals, talking to sellers, listing strategies and closing.[1] The course also includes scripts for sellers and buyers, aimed at handling objections and negotiation.[1] Case studies break down novation deals from acquisition to closing, and a section on title and compliance covers the legal and title requirements behind a closing.[1]
