About Whiteleather Workshop

Members get the owner's settings, dry times, rehydration methods and recipes.[1] The community is also a place to share wins, ask questions and help one another.[1]

The operator's related app, Freeze Dry Buddy by Whitepepper Farms, logs each freeze drying batch and is built for Harvest Right, Blue Alpine and other home freeze dryers.[2] The app starts users from a library of prep notes, settings, pull cues and food-specific reminders.[2] Whitepepper Farms also sends a weekly email on what ran through the freeze dryer, what worked and what is new in the app, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.[2]
