About BODY_KNOWS_

The group covers four areas: body awareness, meaning noticing tension, breath, posture, fatigue and stress signals; nervous system tools for grounding, regulation and recovery; breath and movement exercises for mobility, coordination, balance and release; and pattern work on pausing automatic reactions.^[1] It also offers five-minute resets, and every exercise can be modified to suit the member.^[1] The group describes its approach as combining science with lived experience.^[1]

The BODY KNOWS business itself offers movement, breath and body-based coaching for stress, tension and focus, working with individuals and groups.^[2] Its Private Coaching runs for 8 to 12 weeks, weekly or every two weeks, and is built around nine pillars ranging from safety, breath and fascia release to shadow integration and daily integration.^[2] The business also runs online group sessions and team and athlete workshops.^[2]
