About Clear Minds Hypnotherapy

Members get more than 400 hypnotherapy sessions on sleep, anxiety, weight loss, confidence, habits and mental health, along with breathwork, meditation and sleep stories.[3] Membership includes full access to the Clear Minds App, weekly expert support and new sessions added regularly.[3] The sessions use what the company calls its NeuroRewire™ Method, which it describes as combining hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, behavioural psychology and audio engineering.[2] Inside the Skool group, members connect with each other, use the Classroom and watch videos from the founder.[1] A Clear Minds membership includes the Skool community with no separate community subscription.[1]

New app users start with a free online consultation and a personalised plan before beginning in the Clear Minds App.[2] The wider session library also covers alcohol control, phobias, smoking and relationships.[2] The owner's YouTube channel posts short practical videos on mental wellbeing and promotes a 7-day free trial of the app.[4]
