Brotherhood is a men's metabolic health community on Skool built around nutrition inspired by the work of Ray Peat.[1] It was built by Aleks Fidurski, creator of the Metabolic Dominion program, and the group was created in November 2022.[1] The group presents its aim as restoring metabolism and hormones such as testosterone through energy production at the cellular level.[1]

About Brotherhood

Its method rests on real food, metabolic structure, sunlight, minerals, sleep and daily habits rather than starvation diets or long supplement lists.[1] Joining is free and includes the Metabolic Dominion self-study video course, an optional 1-on-1 Success Call with Fidurski, a weekly newsletter, the community itself and a set of protocols inspired by Ray Peat.[1]

Metabolic Dominion is also published on Gumroad as a field manual that can be downloaded or bought for any amount.[2] Its topics include tracking metabolism with temperature and pulse, and it says it draws on the work of Ray Peat.[2] Fidurski's own site lists a free ebook, Brotherhood, a paid tier called Metabolic Mastery and 1-on-1 Metabolic Calls.[3] Metabolic Mastery adds weekly VIP calls, direct messaging access, a Metabolic Tracking System, a Metabolic Ascension Course, 1-on-1 consultations with Fidurski, and custom nutrition and meal plans.[4] Fidurski's YouTube channel carries the same theme of men's testosterone.[5]
