About Anxiety-free Community

Members get a personal anxiety coach, video courses, webinars and guest lectures, a self-help library, and worksheets and tools to track progress.[1] Joining also brings a personal 30-day anxiety recovery plan.[2] One step in the method is what the operator calls tool-stacking.[3]

The operator also runs anxietyfree.tv, which sells 1-on-1 coaching and group coaching.[2][3] The coaching package includes weekly 1-hour 1-on-1 sessions, chat support 7 days per week, all online course material, a 6-week recovery program, weekly group sessions and monthly live webinars.[4] The coaching page says the operator has spent more than 3 years coaching people one to one through panic attacks, anxiety and nervous system dysregulation.[4] The site also sends a newsletter every Friday.[2] A YouTube channel covers the same subject and offers viewers a personal recovery plan.[5] The operator's second site, angstvrij.nu, offers 1-on-1 coaching and a free group, Angstvrij Community.[6]
