Noomatics review

Noomatics is listed on Skool. It charges $11 a month.

A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Noomatics, and nothing below is a verdict.

Noomatics is a breathwork and nervous-system coaching community on Skool, created in February 2026.[1] It is run by Mitch Fox, a breathwork coach whose business is Noomatics LLC.[1][2][3] The name joins pneuma, the Greek word for breath or spirit, with somatics, the practice of sensing the body from within.[2] The community is aimed at high achievers and growth-minded people, and is built on what Fox calls The Noomatics Method: identity work, nervous system mastery, breathwork and somatic tools.[1]

About Noomatics

Members get monthly live guided breathwork sessions, guided breathwork recordings, a free Nervous System Mastery eBook, a 7 Day Nervous System Reset and a Nervous System Mastery course.[1] Joining is free, and the listing suggests working through the 7-day reset and the recordings before choosing to upgrade.[1] Ongoing private coaching and one-on-one breathwork are optional.[1]

On the Noomatics website, Fox offers coaching to high performers dealing with anxiety and overthinking, using guided breathwork and somatic tools.[3] The site offers a free consultation, and a link page lists a 5 Minute Reset, live breathwork, transformational breathwork and 1:1 work.[3][4] A Noomatics YouTube channel runs under the line "I help you master your nervous system so you can stop being run by it."[5]
