About The Cooperation Collective

Its approach rests on what the about text calls the 6Ps, the six things cooperation runs on, and on the SLOW Method for handling meltdowns in the moment.[1] Members get live weekly workshops with feedback, a member map for finding parents nearby, and a course suite that includes 3-Day Resets, Coregulation Code and Foundations of Cooperation, plus courses on hitting, sharing, back to school and consequences.[1] The group is set up as a community rather than a course, so that parents can report back on a tool and adjust it until it fits their child.[1]

It belongs to Guiding Cooperation by Positive Parenthood, run by founder Robin Hauge, a speech pathologist, and co-founder Chelsey Hauge-Zavaleta.[2][3] The brand combines educational neuroscience and social emotional learning with relationship-based parenting, speech and language therapy, and behavior management.[3] Its signature course is Guiding Cooperation, and Hauge-Zavaleta offers courses and coaching in English and Spanish.[3]
