About Kaya αœƒπŸŽ‹

Classrooms cover nutrition, movement, energy, non-toxic living, recommended products, guides, 50 self-improvement protocols and recipes.[1] The material runs from grocery hauls, cooking tips and meal plans to full training programs and the basics of breathwork and meditation.[1] The group says its challenges are paused while a new Kaya space is built.[1] Saron also sells digital products, including video workouts and Olympic training protocols.[1]

Saron represented the United States in fencing and is billed as a Paris 2024 Olympian on the YouTube channel, which follows health, social media, business, travel and the road to the LA Olympic Games.[2][3] The Club Kaya website sends visitors to the community, with guides, video modules, recipes and workout splits, and states that it is free to join and will stay that way.[1][2] Its paid 1:1 coaching program, which started with a 90-day reset, is closed while Saron trains for LA 2028.[2]
