About The Builder Collective™

The Builder Collective's own website describes it as a national platform for education and referrals that connects builder sales consultants with real estate agents.[2] It says the project began in Columbus, Ohio as a local initiative to help agents understand builders, communities and inventory, and is launching as a chapter-based model in markets across the U.S. in 2026.[2] Each city chapter is launched by a Chapter Director, the lead builder sales consultant there, with further roles as Builder Board Member and Builder Liaison.[2] The network runs live and virtual training events on new-construction sales, collaboration and referrals, and its site offers tools, guides and frameworks for serving buyers of new homes.[2]

Santos also runs Tarah Santos Real Estate Coaching, whose programs include She Builds Academy and a Real Estate Funnel Building Academy.[3] That business keeps a waitlist for 1:1 coaching and offers a free 30-minute strategy session.[3] Santos's YouTube channel covers real estate marketing and sales funnels, new construction sales training, AI and automation for agents, and leadership and mindset.[4]
