About Real Estate Development (FREE)
The group offers step-by-step training aimed at landing a first development deal, along with lessons on attracting investors without using one's own money or credit.[1] Members can book a 1-on-1 call to map out a first project, attend weekly live sessions with real estate experts and join a private community of future real estate developers.[1] The operator's YouTube channel teaches beginners and aspiring investors how to analyze land, understand zoning and put together deals from scratch.[2]
The operator also runs KB Holdings Development & Construction, a custom construction company for residential and commercial projects, from modern homes and multi-family developments to retail spaces and office buildings.[3] The company also gives investors a route into residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects.[3] A submitted business profile published in June 2024 names Bell as the firm's founder and CEO, places it in Charlotte, North Carolina, and says he also mentors people personally and runs online courses.[4]
