About Recession Proof Wholesaling

The operator also sells a wholesaling course on Gumroad that sets out the steps taken to close a wholesale deal.[2] It covers evaluating land, houses and multi-family properties; locking deals up with a universal purchase contract, a universal assignment contract, cold call scripts and inbound negotiation scripts; and generating targeted lists.[2] The course then deals with cold calling leads, keeping them organised in a CRM, finding buyer leads and selling a property through the MLS.[2] The course includes a group chat for networking.[2]
