About Haven Investor Network

The group is aimed at investors who already own property and want to move into or scale a portfolio.[1] Members get weekly deal and strategy breakdowns, run live with replays, along with simple tools and checklists and priority invites when places open in the Sprint.[1] Joining is free, and members can later put themselves forward for a Sprint or ask for help on a deal.[1]

Haven Management Group provides full-service property management covering marketing, tenants, rent, maintenance and compliance, and partners with investors on sourcing, financing, renovating and managing real estate.[3] Its website describes a network membership that includes property management services, a first look at off-market deals, access to a contractor network, one-on-one strategy sessions, monthly group coaching calls with on-demand content, and access to the company's multifamily syndications.[3] The founder's YouTube channel documents buying, renovating, managing and growing multifamily property, with videos on value-add projects and on property and asset management.[2] The channel also points to a podcast called BUILT.[2]
