About Group Home Cash Flow Club

Members get documents and resources, a virtual office for collaboration, virtual networking events, an event schedule with reminders, and new trainings each month with replays.^[1] There are also guest speakers, Q&A happy hours, a Member of the Month recognition, ebooks and a book club.^[1] Training topics include state and government contracts, real estate investing and development, and business credit building.^[1] Wheaton also hosts a free weekly Wednesday webinar on group home strategies, and a week-long challenge the club ran in June 2026, live on Zoom and Skool, covered building a group home and home care business.^[2]

Wheaton began her business career in 2021, and her company Rush to Wheat Homes provides housing for individuals from all walks of life.^[3] She has since added a home care agency, Above All Home Care, and mentors new operators through her Group Homes for Newbies program, which offers a full online course and in-person city visits.^[3] The Group Homes for Newbies YouTube channel, presented under the name Nette Renee as the brand's founder, covers unlicensed group homes, shared housing, real estate and home care, including live hot seats that break down real businesses.^[4]

Membership can be cancelled at any time, with no contracts.^[2]
