The paid Shortcut to Superhost service centres on Airbnb algorithm optimization and says it is built for operators rather than beginners, with at least one active Airbnb listing as a requirement for fit.^[3] It starts with a free 15-minute strategy call that includes a listing audit.^[3] West's YouTube channel, presented as the work of an Airbnb consultant, covers optimization tactics, marketing strategies, listing audits, pricing, Airbnb updates, software reviews and case studies for hosts with one listing or a growing portfolio.^[4] In a December 2025 episode of the Real Estate Pros Show, he talked with host Michelle Kesil about scaling the business through co-hosting.^[2]
