About Funding Hub

Members get deals broken down live, help with funding strategy, direct access to Paul and a network of investors who close deals together.[1] The listing also names the Deal Machine, a white-label package for turning cold leads into deals, short education videos, and joint calls with members' own clients.[3] A VIP tier adds full playbooks and a white-label funding site, with details and pricing inside the community.[4]

Real Quick Funds, LLC offers Stack Method, Echo, Double Close, EMD, HML and DSCR funding in all 50 states.[1][2] It runs no credit checks on transactional funding, prices each deal individually, and routes repayment through licensed title or escrow at closing.[4] The company recommends joining the community before working with it but does not require it, and states that it is not a consumer lender.[2][4]
