Joining brings free tools, downloads and an intro course, a deal evaluator sent by email, and an interactive investor map for finding members nearby.[1] Paid mastermind Q&As with operators cover live deal reviews, legal questions, operations, taxes, cost seg, financing and infill.[1]

The MHP Pros also sells a step-by-step training system covering finance, underwriting, operations and negotiation, live mentorship with Michael, Ryan and guest experts, one-on-one consulting and a group mentorship cohort.[2] Its software includes AI-powered deal intake, which builds a deal profile from an OM, an address or a forwarded email, and pipeline management in Kanban, list or map views.[2] The MHP Pros site says Pansolini managed mobile home parks at Brookfield Asset Management and that Narus built a park portfolio from scratch through his company, Archimedes Group.[2]
