About The Track & Field Community

Members get video lessons on running, jumping and throwing, a question-and-answer space for support, and live calls on themes such as technique, mindset and nutrition.[1]

The owner's coaching site belongs to Curtis Beach, who describes a background competing with Team USA and Nike and more than 12 years coaching sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws and mid-distance at high school, college and pro levels.[2] The business, Beach Performance, runs Beach Track Club, Beach Track Camp, private coaching and digital training products, though Beach is not taking new private one-to-one clients.[2] Beach also made Trackside, an app holding a library of drills for warm-ups, sprinting, plyometrics and strength, where every drill comes with a demonstration and a coaching cue.[2]

Beach Performance's coaching terms say refunds are reviewed case by case at its discretion and that each athlete must be at least 13.[2]
