About Full Carnivore Challenge

Members get the Primal Fitness Challenge and the Full Carnivore Challenge, bodyweight and gym workouts, an Animal Based Masterclass, a list of animal-based foods and the ABLE Meal Plan.[1] Training modules cover nutrition principles, how to eat, and hydration and electrolytes.[1]

On the Carnivore Mentor website, the challenge is presented as education plus accountability, with coaching and check-ins, a custom roadmap and lifetime group coaching, all delivered online.[2] The site's package also lists two books, Carnivore Shred and Animal Based Code, men's one-on-one coaching and access to the Skool group.[2]

The group's legal disclaimer states that it is not medical advice, that all posts, comments, course content, guides and plans are for educational purposes only, and that members should consult a trusted physician before making lifestyle changes.[1]
