About TrueStrength Fitness

Members get Shuck's training programs, a Killer Mindset Course, early-access vlogs and what the group calls 24/7 access to Tanner.[1] An official TrueStrength map lets members connect with others in their city.[1] A Generation Iron profile published in September 2025 reports that most of Shuck's programs follow a five-day split blending classic strength training, hypertrophy work and metabolic conditioning.[2] The same profile says he uses structured deload weeks and consolidation phases, and builds his coaching on humility, respect, accountability and purpose.[2]

Shuck's own website, truestrength.co, sells programs, eBooks and apparel, and takes applications for one-to-one coaching that starts with a call about goals and struggles.[3] It also offers the Straight Shredded Challenge, a 30-day program on nutrition habits, calorie and macro tracking, hydration and sleep.[3] On the site, Shuck cites more than 20 years of strength training and says he won the Dubai CrossFit Championship in 2014 after placing third in 2013.[3] A YouTube channel linked to the group covers fitness and self-improvement.[4]

Joining is free, but applicants answer questions before being accepted.[1]
