The core program is the 90-Day Training Arc, a step-by-step plan that starts from zero.[1] Members also get a free Hunter Rank Assessment that assigns a rank and next steps, Q&A calls with Kevin, and the Training Arc Games, a competition with prizes such as free coaching and merchandise.[1] Bonus programs include the Shonen Shredding System, anime-inspired workouts such as Train Like Toji and Train Like Sung Jin Woo, and 30-minute workouts for busy men.[1]

The associated YouTube channel posts anime follow-along workouts and videos on building a main character mindset.[2]
