Gibson is a physician associate and Walsh a nutrition specialist, and the practice's wider team includes doctors, nutritionists, health coaches and support staff.^[3] Vitality Health Matrix calls its program the Matrix Method, and its services include lab testing, DNA testing used to tailor nutrition and fitness, weekly coaching and prescription medical weight loss.^[2]^[3] The practice offers a hormone quiz, and its site says everyone starts with a $97 intake appointment that reviews medical history, symptoms and goals, orders lab testing and recommends next steps.^[2]^[3]
