Cobrasthenics Bootcamp is a calisthenics community led by Coach Lucas, the founder of Cobrasthenics and creator of the Cobrasthenics Academy.[1] The Skool group was created in September 2024.[1] It teaches bodyweight training through a method it calls Hybrid Calisthenics, aimed at rebuilding strength, mastering bodyweight control, gaining muscle and getting lean.[1]

About Cobrasthenics Bootcamp

Members get free access to the Hybrid Handstand Starter Kit, along with training videos, routines and tools, and a peer group of athletes.[1] Clients also join weekly group coaching calls, and the group offers a direct line to Lucas.[1]

Cobrasthenics also sells 1-1 coaching that covers training, nutrition and diet, set around each client's goals and restrictions.[2] Coaching starts with an application for a free discovery call.[2] One client testimonial on the Cobrasthenics site names the L-sit, elbow lever and frogstand among the skills the program taught.[2]
