About SET THE STANDARD

Membership includes the STNDRD 4 Phase System, assessment tools used to build custom client protocols, goal-related masterclasses, direct access to a team of STNDRD coaches and weekly calls.[1] Invite-only in-person events let members train, eat and learn with Bumstead.[1] An AI tool, STNDRD AI, giving access to CBUM and Coach Justin, is marked as coming soon.[1] Membership can be cancelled at any time, with no commitment.[1]

The STNDRD fitness app, a separate product from STNRD App LLC, offers workout programs for all levels, including Road To Olympia, the plan Bumstead followed while preparing for a sixth Mr. Olympia title.[2] The app also has more than 35 on-demand workouts, nutrition tracking and a global leaderboard.[2] As of September 2026, the app cost $19.99 a month on its monthly plan, with a 7-day free trial.[2] Bumstead also has a YouTube channel under his own name.[3]
