About 7-Day Breath Hold Challenge

Breatheology lists the challenge as a seven-day course of eight videos, with a total runtime of 30 minutes, in English, and with community access included.[2] No previous experience is required, and each practice takes a few minutes and can be done anywhere.[1] The listing markets the practice as a way to reduce stress, boost energy and sharpen focus, and the group is where members share their results.[1]

Breatheology also sells longer online courses, among them Breathing Fundamentals, a 12-week course of 70 videos, and Breath Hold Mastery, an advanced course of 40 videos.[3] It runs the Breatheology Instructor Program, an eight-week intensive delivered online with live video calls, and publishes the book Breatheology: The Art of Conscious Breathing.[2][3]
