About Baller Blueprint

Members get gym programs, technical drills and a library bank of speed, strength, power and movement content.[1] A Foundation Bank holds on-demand video modules on technical, tactical and physical training.[2] Fresh Drops adds behind-the-scenes material such as player Q&As, chef talks and full gym session footage, and members get feedback directly from both coaches.[1]

As of September 2026, the Bespoke plan cost $1,500 a month.[2] Free members who do not upgrade to a paid plan are removed from the community after 4 weeks.[2] Members can cancel at any time directly through Skool, with no contracts.[2]
