GLP1 Enhanced HUB is a Skool group, created in July 2024, offering nutrition, fitness and resources for women who are starting, using, or weaning down or off GLP-1 medications.[1] It is run by Kellie Bader, a clinical pharmacist (PharmD) and the owner of GLP1 Enhanced.[1][2] Bader describes six years as a coach, including two and a half years spent solely with women taking GLP-1s.[2] The stated focus is nutrition and fitness for GLP-1 users who want to lose fat, keep muscle, break plateaus and prevent regain, on drugs such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, Mounjaro, semaglutide or tirzepatide.[1][2]

About GLP1 Enhanced HUB

Members get a GLP-1 Habit Mini Course, guides on protein and fiber and on hair loss and energy, recipes and training replays.[1] The group also runs challenges and coaching calls with Bader.[1] On the GLP1 Enhanced website, the Hub is the lowest-cost way in, with live trainings and every replay included.[2]

The wider business sells Meals NOT Macros, a personalized plan that does the food math, and Nutrition Blueprint, which covers how the medication works and where nutrition needs to sit while on it.[2] Another title, GLP-1 Meals Made Easy, explains the way the medication acts and offers a flexible method for putting together a 21-day plan, plus over 75 recipes.[2] Bader also runs a YouTube channel on GLP-1 nutrition, plateaus and maintenance that promotes simple personalized meal plans.[3]

GLP1 Enhanced says it will never tell anyone to start or stop their medication, a decision it leaves between the member and their doctor.[2] It describes its work as nutrition and fitness education and coaching, not medical advice and not a substitute for a member's own provider.[2] It also states that it is not endorsed or sponsored by Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk or any other manufacturer, and has no affiliation with them.[2]
