About CLOSER LEGACY ♠️

The course runs week by week: industry basics including legal matters, contracts, marketing, sales and investor relationships; finding what it calls a diamond market and building systems; talking to sellers; the first contract; sourcing investors; and closing, with a bonus on A.I.^[1]

Roy's main site sells private coaching by application, covering a 48-hour cash buyer process with a local buyer network, automated text and email follow-up with leads, and a remote sales process for closing in one phone call.^[2] A second site offers 1on1 mentorship with Roy built on an in-depth roadmap, and a third hosts a free live masterclass, The Virtual Wholesaling Protocol.^[3]^[4] The businesses trade as MB Corporate, LLC, a sales and marketing education and training company, and Closers Consulting Group, LLC.^[2]^[3]

The main site states that under its "3 Deals in 99 Days Or You Don't Pay" offer, members who follow the system don't pay if they don't close 3 deals, and that this is not for all members.^[2] The same site says most people who attempt real estate wholesaling never close a single deal and that even with coaching there is no guarantee of success.^[2] MB Corporate says it does not sell a business opportunity, that investing carries the risk of losing some or all of one's money, and that results vary and are not typical.^[3] Closers Consulting Group describes its content as informational and educational only and states that it is not a financial advisor, attorney or licensed real estate broker.^[2]
