About MARWOC - Wealth Ops Command

Strategies taught include wholesaling, creative finance, buy and hold, and co-living.[1] Members study real deals broken down with their numbers and their mistakes, along with operating systems used by working investors, and membership is limited to Marines.[1] The group also works with outside investors, operators and system builders.[1]

Its website sets out three tiers.[2] Yellow Footprints is Skool access, free to join, with no course and no lock-in.[1][2] Fire Team is a paid four-phase program led by Senior Deal Instructor Vodicka, with live classes Monday to Saturday, live calls, real leads and a final test called the Crucible that members must pass to graduate.[2] Officers Club is open by invitation to graduates.[2] A 90-minute live training explains the program and covers wholesaling and novations.[2]
