The Shared Living Profits website pitches shared living investing to what it calls sandwich generation high achievers, as a second chance at retirement without mortgage debt.[2] The site names Talib as creator of the Shared Living Fast Track and offers guidance on launching a first shared living property.[4] The site also offers a guide called the Retirement Roadmap and a community to join, while the YouTube channel links to theprettyhouseguy.com for booking calls.[3][4]
