About GroundUp Land Community

Members get a free land investing video course, monthly community support calls and a space to talk with other investors, with paid coaching available as an option.[1]

The community is tied to Ground Up Partners, which aims to teach people to flip land and to act as their capital partner on deals.[1] Ground Up Partners LLC is a joint venture funding company that puts up the money to close land deals for investors who have a deal but lack the cash.[2] Haberkost's own website offers help to investors who are starting out, seeking funding or growing an existing business, and notes that Haberkost is also building simple, entry-level houses.[3]
