Simple Capital Academy is a property-investing education community for Australian property investors, run by Allan Fernandes, who leads the buyer's agency Simple Capital Advisory.[1][2][3] The Skool group was created in January 2025.[1] It is pitched on the view that most buyer's agents treat their research like a trade secret, and gives that research away instead.[1]

About Simple Capital Academy

Members get lifetime access to A-grade location research, the Capital Growth Accelerator course, live workshops with past recordings, an FAQ and community section, advanced trainings, and direct support from coaches and other students.[1] Clients of the agency's paid buying service are onboarded into a private WhatsApp group and the private Skool community, with the education and frameworks the agency uses internally.[3]

Simple Capital Advisory researches suburbs, analyses and finds properties, negotiates for clients, runs due diligence and guides them to settlement, then supports them through leasing, property management and future strategy.[3] Its buying process has four stages: strategy before property, market selection, asset quality and price discipline, and due diligence.[3] For investors the agency operates Australia-wide, while its owner-occupier service covers Melbourne only.[3] The agency's site says most investors need about $80,000 to $100,000 of usable equity or cash to start comfortably, and puts its fees toward the lower end of the $15,000 to $35,000 most Australian buyer's agents charge.[3] Fernandes also runs a YouTube channel on property investing strategy and A-grade suburb research for Australians with equity or a strong deposit.[2] A case study of Fernandes describes his approach as focused on residential property investors, using checklists to find areas with high demand and low supply.[4]
