About ULTRA: Attorney-Led REI

Members get training on creative deal strategies such as creative financing, wholesaling and subject-to deals, coaching on deal analysis, closings and exit strategies, and access to attorneys, investors and coaches.[1] The program also sets up inbound digital ads, a CRM, a dialer and a website with a digital marketing manager, and supplies over 90 documents, contracts and templates.[1] There are weekly coaching and legal calls, one-to-one support, monthly in-person events, discounts on closings and monthly time with legal.[1][4]

The program lasts one year and can be extended, and pricing is given on a free discovery call rather than published.[4] The site limits intake to five people a month.[4] The Ceshker Group has offices in Austin, Buda, Dallas and Houston, posts a YouTube series called Tidbits by T. Alan, and holds a lunch and training session on the second Tuesday of each month.[2][3]
