Members get a free scriptbook download of listing, prospecting and objection scripts, along with a way to track activity, execution and consistency.[1] The group also holds an Annual Real Estate Review Guide, a Downsizers Guide on the downsizing seller niche, Words That Win Listings, a Listing-Focused Lead Generation Guide and a Prospecting Planner for daily structure.[1] Never Get Ghosted Again sets out follow-up frameworks, a separate framework titled Will You Cut Your Commission covers that seller question, and an AI Business Consultant tool rounds out the kit.[1]
Through reverseselling.com, agents can book a free 30 to 45 minute Game Plan Zoom call, which leads into a discussion of a paid coaching relationship.[3] Agents who attend the call receive his audiobook free, and the coaching is not aimed at brand-new agents who are unwilling to prospect.[3] Mulrenin's YouTube channel covers real estate lead generation and sales skills for winning new listings, and describes his method as replacing the image of the pushy salesperson with a process rooted in high-value contribution to clients.[2]
