About SPARQ | Pareto Peak

Members get organic lead generation modules, a dedicated client success manager, training, Launch CRM automations and a client offer system the group calls "No Brainer".[2] The video modules run alongside daily challenges: Monday script training, a Tuesday accountability check-in, a Wednesday "Wheel of Wins", a Thursday social media content workshop and Friday new client race templates.[2] Its framework has four steps: attraction messaging, marketing, follow-up and a "24/7 Sales Machine".[2]

The SPARQ site lists Base, Premium and Professional plans, and says each member's client success manager runs a national referral team and a mortgage concierge department.[1] The program is organized around seven core cycles of real estate and includes building a downline.[1]

The plans carry no contracts and can be cancelled at any time.[1] On the version of the site for agents of the Epique brokerage, the core SPARQ services are free for Epique agents, with paid upgrades available.[1]
