About GetListings.com (Free)

The group teaches lead generation, sales, content and recruiting, with lessons on what it calls "Listing Levers", seller scripts for cold leads and an "Invisible Funnel" for finding sellers without paid ads.[1] The group's bonus material includes a listing funnel template, scripts, checklists and ads, and a free onboarding call.[1]

The paid Membership adds a classroom the company puts at 83+ modules, monthly live group coaching with the GetListings.com team, CRM and AI trainings, and "Realtor Makeover", a series in which Berube's team rebuilds an agent's seller systems live.[3] As of September 2026 it cost $97 a month, month to month with no minimum commitment, with a 15-day unconditional money-back guarantee.[3] The company's site prices the done-for-you Listing Accelerator at $6,000 to $10,000.[3] The core service runs geo-targeted YouTube ads for agents and uses AI to qualify leads and book appointments into their calendars.[2][3] A three-day Get Listings Live Challenge includes a YouTube ads course and a real estate AI toolkit, and a YouTube channel shares ad examples and strategies behind the company.[4][5]

The company states that Berube isn't licensed himself, though a few of his team members are licensed real estate agents.[3] Its website adds that such results are not typical, that similar outcomes are not guaranteed, and that individual results vary, depending on effort, skill, experience and other factors.[2]
