About 1 Deal A Week In Real Estate

Members learn ways to increase their conversations, contracts and closings, and the group describes its teaching as what is working now, without theory.[1] A free live three-day challenge that Schoenly promoted in September 2026 under the "1 Deal A Week" name covered a system of Pocket Buyers, Pocket Sellers and Reverse Offers.[3][4] Its sessions dealt with building a pool of buyers with clear buy boxes, approaching sellers on a buyer's behalf with a specific offer, and turning a seller's yes into an investor offer or a listing conversation, with word-for-word scripts for both kinds of conversation.[3]

Schoenly's YouTube channel offers training for agents on getting listings, generating leads and building systems, and features Lead Deck, a lead generation tool whose site hosted the challenge.[3][4] The channel also points viewers to a Skool community.[4]
