About Global Real Estate Agents

New members receive a workbook, "How to Start Your International Real Estate Business", a real estate marketing masterclass of more than an hour on video, and tips on using social media to attract international opportunities.^[1]

Mevellec is co-founder and president of Global Marketing Agent, a program for agents that began in 2007 as the International Real Estate Specialist scheme and took its current name in 2015.^[2] His coaching teaches agents to win more listings locally and co-market them worldwide under the right agreements, to build a global listing portfolio from other Global Marketing Agents, and to offer sellers three listing presentation packages.^[3] The business also publishes Castles & Estates magazine and offers a free real estate consultation.^[2]
