About Real Estate Investor Network

Coaching is joined by direct message and includes biweekly live mentoring calls with Jones on finding, structuring and scaling deals, plus a monthly deep dive with Redmond on HUD, creative financing and advanced strategies.[1] Members also get the RealSync AI app, with calculators, deal analyzers, skip tracing and funding tools, and a private Inner Circle community.[1]

The Elevate With Section-8 program teaches how to find, finance and manage Section 8 properties across 10 modules.[2] Its financing material covers FHA loans, DSCR loans and subject-to deals, and it includes property evaluation checklists and compliance guides for Section 8 inspections.[2] A VIP bonus adds a 30-minute coaching call with Jones and Redmond.[2] A YouTube channel tied to Elevate Coaching covers property management and the Section 8 rental market.[3]

As of September 2026, the program cost $4,497 with lifetime access, including future updates, and enrollment opened only a few times a year.[2] For members who see no measurable progress toward a first Section 8 property, or have no clear action plan, within 90 days, the program says it will keep working with them for free.[2]
