About Note Investor Network

Members get real deals with real numbers and contact with active investors working deals.[1] The group presents a note as an asset with no tenants, no repairs and no location dependency.[1] FIXnotes holds a free bi-weekly Zoom call for logged-in members at every tier, and a twice-weekly Open Office Hour, live and recorded.[2][3]

FIXnotes LLC is a technology marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of whole mortgage notes, and states it is not a broker-dealer, securities issuer, loan originator or servicer.[3] Hytha learned the business working real non-performing note deals and later launched the Mortgage Note Mastermind for active investors.[4] The company also runs a paid Accelerator program, and professional members can buy and sell notes without sales fees or commissions.[3][4]

The FIXnotes site states: "Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Buyers are responsible for independent due diligence."[3]
