About Real Estate Freedom

Members get trainings, tools and live weekly calls on investing strategies and on analysing rentals with traditional or creative financing.[1] The group also connects investors with buyers, lenders, wholesalers, bird dogs and operators.[1] The YouTube channel lists the community's contents as training breakdowns and replays, deal analysis with real examples, the tools and calculators used in Mnatsakanian's business, capital raising strategies and a network focused on execution.[2] The CoLiving Freedom Community is housed inside the group, with step-by-step education, tools and four or more live weekly calls on CoLiving investing.[1]

Mnatsakanian's website offers real estate investment tools, including calculators, in free and paid versions, along with guidance on personal finance, real estate and deal analysis.[3] On YouTube, Super Investors REI breaks real estate investing down step by step, covering how to find and analyse deals, structure financing and raise capital.[2]
