About Auction Property Academy

Members get real estate investing lessons for beginners, behind-the-scenes breakdowns of live deals, and tools, checklists and calculators, alongside a community of new and experienced investors.[1] The owner says the group was started because new investors were being thrown into the deep end without support.[1]

The owner's YouTube channel breaks down real estate auction investing for beginners, from finding deals to financing and flipping, under the line "Un-Gatekeeping how to buy auction properties for cheap".[2] The channel invites viewers who have capital for a first or next deal to apply for a paid mentorship.[2] The mentorship starts with a short application form to check fit, and those who fit can book a call.[3]

The mentorship runs for 6 weeks and asks for 2 to 4 hours a week of calls and implementation.[3] As of September 2026, it cost $5,000, with payment plans available.[3]
