About 🏠Landbank University🏠

Members get the National Landbank Map, which covers over 250 land banks, and four to five live workshops and Q&A calls a month on Zoom.[1] The group also holds live calls with a credit repair and funding specialist, gives first access to in-person auctions, and lists stock market trading among its lessons.[1] Members can reach builders, modular home vendors and title companies, and get quitclaim forms and seller finance contracts.[1] Building a house from the ground up is taught in a Mentorship Upgrade.[1]

Landbank University's own program runs fully online, with a virtual class once a week, one-to-one coaching on weekdays, on-site training at properties being built, and group in-person auctions.[3] As of September 2026, the Landbank University website listed a $2999 Landbank Membership, a $10,000 Landbank Membership and a $25,000 Done For You Membership, in which the team researches, finds and purchases a property for the member.[4] Noonan also hosts weekly livestreams for continuing education.[3] The group's owner hosts The Real Estate Newsroom Podcast, and a YouTube channel of the same name covers creative financing, tax liens, deeds, landbank properties and group homes, with a live Q&A every Tuesday at 6pm.[1][5] Noonan's separate company, Charles Noonan Investments and Development, acquires and redevelops residential and commercial properties.[6] A press release distributed through EINPresswire in October 2025 described the curriculum as teaching investors to pick, purchase, profit from and protect landbank properties.[7]
