About The Fit Life Lab

Free members get the Sustainable Body Blueprint Course, an evidence-based fitness course, together with simple recipes and meal ideas and workout techniques aimed at metabolism and definition.^[1] The group also covers gut and hormone health and hosts masterclasses from women's fitness coaches.^[1]

The operator also runs Coach Morgan, a fitness coaching business set up to make fitness enjoyable and realistic for women.^[2] The coach behind it is a figure competitor and has coached women since 2016, teaching the science of how their bodies work alongside training.^[3] Its paid offer is a one-to-one mentorship with a customised nutrition strategy, step-by-step workouts with video demonstrations in the Coach Morgan app, weekly check-ins, monthly video chats and a private Facebook community with weekly live trainings.^[4] The app also carries on-demand workouts for all fitness levels, meal plans, meal tracking and progress tracking.^[3]
