About Total Weight Loss

Hadac describes the group as a place for education, accountability and self-discipline.[1] Members share their progress and struggles with one another and can ask Hadac questions about nutrition and recipes.[1] The material combines simple recipes and practical tips with what Hadac calls evidence-backed research.[1]

Beyond Skool, the brand sells the Total Weight Loss Cookbook, which includes meal plans and high-protein recipes, along with digital cookbooks, nutrition tip sheets, a Total Weight Loss app, group coaching and a macro calculator.[3] Hadac states that the recipes are meant to be easy to prepare with affordable, accessible ingredients, so that nutritious meals are open to people of any income or background.[2] The brand describes his approach as high-protein nutrition, healthy habits and sustainable lifestyle changes.[2] Hadac has appeared on Tampa Bay 28, where he discussed an approach to weight loss built on macronutrient-balanced meals made from high-quality foods.[3]
