About The Stronger Human Movement

Training follows a framework the group calls Breathe, Foundation, Bounce, Control, Flow, and covers Rope Flow, bodyweight work and other movement systems.[1] New members start with a course called The Foundations of Rope Flow.[3] The Standard plan includes Rope Flow Foundations, Become Your Own Bodyworker, Sandbag Foundations and monthly challenges, with further courses earned by levelling up.[1] Premium adds more courses, weekly Q&A, live coaching and flow workouts, while VIP opens the full course library at once.[1] As of September 2026, Premium cost $19 a month and VIP $37 a month, and the paid tiers also carried monthly and annual challenge prizes.[1] The listing advertised a 7-day free trial.[1]

The Stronger Human also runs a shop selling fitness education, products and equipment.[4] Inyang co-hosts The Power Project Podcast, which covers health and fitness, strength training, nutrition and supplementation.[2] In a conversation with Tim Ferriss, Inyang discussed moving from powerlifting to training that puts movement quality, longevity and real-world function first.[4] One YouTube channel runs under the tagline "Your New P.E. Teacher", and another hosts Move With Weight, a follow-along video series.[5][6]
