About Sprint University

Its teaching follows what Johnson calls the Pillars of Speed System, built on four areas: movement mastery, recovery, nutrition and mindset.[1] It is the same system Johnson trains with and uses with coached athletes.[1] Members get weekly live Zoom calls, monthly deep dives, a set sprint structure and simple breakdowns of speed technique.[1] The group is aimed at sprinters tired of random workouts, confused by conflicting sprint advice or stuck on a plateau.[1]

Sprint University's website, thesprintuniversity.com, sells a package that combines a personalised, frame-by-frame breakdown of an uploaded sprint video, a course called the Sprint Clarity System and access to the community.[2] As of September 2026, that package cost $28.[2] Johnson says Sprint University was created for sprinters who train hard and consistently but get stuck guessing what matters.[2]
